Description
• Ensure and maintain the cleanliness standard are met the Resort guidelines
• To report defects/faulty equipment in the guest room and ensure rectification is done promptly
• Provide training for Room Attendants
• Assist in manpower planning to achieve operational efficiency
• Other ad hoc duties

Minimum Requirement
• Possess with related experience in housekeeping for Supervisor’s position
• Possess positive and excellent service attitude
• Communication skill and eye for detail
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge in sustainable and green housekeeping practices
