• Handle guest complaints and implement effective corrective and/or preventive actions to eliminate re-occurrence
• Perform timely service recovery according to resort standard
• Compile, review and assess related guests’ feedback and provide recommendation for improvements
• Develop strategies to Improve guest service quality by evaluating the existing guest service deliverables
• Provide quality service training to employees
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as and when assigned

Minimum Requirement
• Proven excellence in guest service and experience in delivering excellence guest service satisfaction
• Pleasant personality and able to interact with people of all levels
• Proactive, positive attitude, patient, persistent and highly motivated
• Good analytical skills with an excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking guests
• Knowledge in sustainable and green practices
