Reservations guaranteed by credit card will be subject to a one-night charge in the event of change of date or no-show unless date changed or cancelled 72 hours prior to the date of arrival. Reservations not guaranteed by credit card will be auto-released at 6pm on the day of arrival.

Cancellations must be made in writing (preferred), by providing us with guest details; Name, contact Number, confirmation number (if applicable), Arrival Date and Reason (compulsory).

E-mail cancellations require acknowledgement from the resort.

Resort reserves the right to amend the cancellation policy without prior notice.
