Cancellation Policy
Reservations guaranteed by credit card will be subject to a one-night charge in the event of change of date or no-show unless date changed or cancelled 3 days prior to the date of arrival. Reservations not guaranteed by credit card will be auto-released at 6pm on the day of arrival.
For authentication purposes, only written cancellation and date change notices (e-mail or fax) with guest details; name, contact number, confirmation number (if applicable), arrival date and reason for cancellation will be accepted. Any notice of amendment/cancellation is effective only when Resort has confirmed by written acknowledgement.
Should you not receive an amendment/cancellation written confirmation acknowledgement within 48 hours of your amendment/cancellation, please contact us.
Resort reserves the right to amend the cancellation policy without prior notice.
