Front Office Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Operation of the entire Front Office, including Concierge and Telephone Operation. Strive to achieve optimum operating results while providing guests with the highest possible level of guest service and satisfaction.
• Effectively manage the Resort’s Front Office and Reservations Systems.
• Establish and maintain good public relations with guests.
• Design, develop and supervise training programs for new Front Desk staff to ensure that they possess the necessary skills required for their positions. Implement and conduct training plans whenever needed, and follow up with on-the-job training at all times.
• Remain on-call to address any issues that arise at the Front Desk.
• Report any significant problems to the Management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar position or equivalent role within hotel industry.
• Strong leadership skill.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and resolve issues efficiently.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Willingness to work a shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
