• Responsible for recording and processing all reservation inquiries made by phone, fax or email efficiently and accurately.
• Responsible for converting inquires into sales in order to maximize revenue & occupancy.
• You will have a good knowledge of the hotel’s facilities and services and will pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises, in order to maximize resort sales.
• May be required to carry out other duties as directed by the Manager
• Communication skills (oral and written)
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to earn trust and build solid relationships
• Command respect by team members of all levels
• Phone sales and customer service skills
• Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge in sustainable and green practices
